Available Cash ?

I'm new to OOTP, I played a few seasons in OOTP 17.

I just downloaded OOTP 18 early bird and all of the teams have $0 cash available on the trades menu. Is this a bug, or just something that is happening for the beta.

I ask, because I don't remember doing anything special a few months ago when I bought OOTP 17.

If it's from the start of a new game, that's not necessarily a bug. Teams don't have cash because they haven't sold tickets yet, et cetera.
