Bought Linux need Mac

Who do I contact if I inadvertently bought the Linux version but I need the Mac version.

Shouldn't the link they e-mailed to you work on any platform? There should be 3 download links in the stickied section.

Unfortunately it looks like Linux serial numbers are different from PC/mac. I'm not sure why hat is but it appears to be so.

You're going to have to get a refund from PISD and purchase the Windows/MAC version.

Unfortunately I can't process the refund from PISD like I could for the other versions.

The email address there is: webstore@pisd.co.uk or you can also use someone@pisd.co.uk

They should be able to process the refund, though I doubt they get to it until morning since it's after 2AM in England.

If you really want to play the game now and you're ok with having your money tied up for a couple days, you can always just purchase the Mac license now while you're waiting for the refund from PISD.

Unfortunately we can't just give you a MAC key instead of a Linux key without the refund being processed because the purchases for the two versions go through different third-party vendors, PISD and esellerate respectively.
