The only reason I don't is that I want the steam version so I don't have to worry about licenses if I get a new computer.

You wouldn't have to worry about that anyway if you merely unlicense the game through the appropriate menu. I just did it last year when I purchased a new rig and didn't experience any difficulties.

Then go find the email with the download link and relicense on the new computer. That also assumes the original computer isn't lost/stolen/unusable.

Yeah yeah I know, that's like two minutes of work, Steam has just spoiled me with how easy it is to use. Log in and boom it's downloading and ready to go.

edit: Just read that add-on central isn't available for Steam users? If that's true then that changes the situation a bit.

This year NOT giving us a Stream license when pre-ordering was a kick in the butt.. I use to contribute info on the Steam forum, not anymore. They cheaped out on us.

Nah. I tried that with 17, made a bit of an ass of myself trying to convince myself in public, went ahead and got 17 anyway, and enjoyed it very much. This time, I'm not wasting my breath!

I had 2 versions. One steam and one nonsteam. I only use one, so no point is getting another steam version.

There's so much more that's new than just new rosters!

Maybe it's not exactly what you wanted to see added, and if not that's fair, but to say the new game is mostly just a roster update is like saying trading in your very nice brown Camry for a red Corvette is mostly just getting an upgraded paint job

You must not be a console gamer. I've bought the same sports games every year for consoles just to get the roster updates.

I tried searching for the newer versions of OOTP but could not find anything. How do we unlicense the game?
