Players who have devoted much time to this game are looking to improve current leagues with additional features not Challenge mode.

People who enjoy baseball and this game but can't put the time into this game are not interested because, well they don't have the time and are not very good at this game.

The perfect challenge mode would be a classroom teaching tool. The finances behind the game. I think this game should offer a lessor classroom version to teach others how to manage baseball finances utilizing this game.

Personally, I have teenagers who know everything, so I want to utilize the challenge mode to teach them about cash.

Is Challenge Mode going to limit a player from evolving the league on their own? Will they be able to turn the DH on/off or expand the league, or create more offense or better pitching for example?

I use commissioner mode for my fictional league only. Having challenge mode lock it out or limit its ability is a great idea. It is a simple thing, but having achievements along the way, like OOTP17, is good. It is nice to earn something

When/how is the Challenge Mode selected in the league creation process? The new manual is silent on this option.
