ohl draft question/problem

I noticed jack hughes birth date is wrong in the database but after i correct it and sim through hes not eligible in the ohl draft. I corrected the birth date before i started the sim. What could be causing the problem?

Check his OHL rights in the editor - are they set to "Free" or "None"? Free will make him signable, but ineligible for the draft. The other possibility that I can think of is that he was set to play college hockey, but the database has him set for junior, so that shouldn't be it.
