OOTP 17 online league

Hi, I'm new to OOTP and this forum and just pre-ordered OOTP 17...I have never played this baseball sim before but I'm a huge baseball fan who plays in a few fantasy baseball leagues. In those leagues I consider myself a good gm so wanted to test my skills with this game. I want to join an online league for the 2017 version...where would I sign up to join and find these leagues? Thanks in advance.

An Online Leagues section will be added to the OOTP17 forums once the game releases. You can look there. You can browse the OOTP16 Online League to look around for now. Maybe some leagues will begin recruiting for the next version soon.

I'm curious if there are any new leagues in the works for OOTP17. I haven't been in an online league since my days in the Laseron Baseball Association (best league of all-time), which was ages ago. But, I am itching to get back in the swing of things, preferably with a brand new league.

Anyone around here considering forming a new online league?

I'm sure that there will be plenty of players looking for ootp17 leagues upon release. Just check the online section several times a day for commissioners looking for players to join their leagues.

Jimbo - just googled Laseron this week and saw your post. I've drifted away from OOTP for the last few years, but if you and/or some of the old Laseron guys are coming back, I'd be willing to jump back in. I was the Destroyers for several of the early seasons and really enjoyed it.
