Offering Contract to Employed Coach?

I was wondering if the option to offer a contract to an employed coach with another team has been added or could be. At times, there are coaches in the minor league system from another team that would work for my major league team. Is it possible to add something where I can ask permission to that team to offer a contract to the coach (and also get asked by AI teams for permission for one of my coaches)?

Either way, can't wait for the 20th. Thanks.

I have said the same thing; and feel it would be an excellent addition. For instance you fire your major league manager, and someone outside the organization is managing in AAA/AA or lower and you want to interview them - that would be an awesome feature!

This is a big thing that to me makes the OOTP scouting and coaching system not very useful, at least to me. Ive always found the system simplifies into finding the best available guy and giving him the most money. It can be hard to see where gains are made by players. Then when i want to try a different guy my pool is limited not being able to hire a guy from a different organization.

Yes and please also just add a full coaching staff staff strength and conditioning coach and base coaches one of my favorite things in putting my staff together adding a few more makes more realistic to me
