I have a question about starting a solo league

I am having a problem with which setting to use to set up my solo league, here is how I'd like to have my league
1) start in 1900 with a realistic history for the years up to 1900
2) real MLB teams & players
3) real expansion teams
4) real MILB & independent teams cone like the did in real life

so I must ask is this possible and if it is can you please help me set it up I'd be greatly appreciative

Start a new historical league. On the first page click the drop down arrow for the era and year you want to start. Then click "use historical transactions ". Leave the clicked "expand league automatically ". And leave clicked "add historical rookies". And you will have the league you want.

how would I go about having an alternate baseball universe using the teal players but drafting them fresh in 1901 on a different team then they originally were, would I just not check the use historical transactions, then if I were to do this would the league expand at the correct times and the minors come in at the correct times?

You don't need to check "Use historical transactions" in order for the league to expand at the correct times. Make sure you have "Automatically Expand League" checked though. Uncheck that box if you ever get to a point where you pass the RL historical capacity of the game (i.e. if you go past 2016 in OOTP18, or 2015 in OOTP17, or 2014 in OOTP16 etc etc). If you have both "Automatically Import Historical Rookies" and "Enable Amateur Draft" checked, players will enter via the draft and thus every team will have a shot at them in the draft, which means players will go to different teams than they went to IRL. Historical transactions applies to the RL day-to-day transactions as they happened. If you want to create your own alternate baseball universe with it's own history, you probably don't want it checked, especially if you'll be putting players on different teams than the ones they played with IRL. That will really gum up the works I would think. Not sure about the minors, as I use reserve rosters in my random debut historicals.
