Graphics problems with Patch 3.3.109

I started a new game after applying the latest patch. I still see the following graphics issues:

Strange, I haven't seen it do that since Malte made the fix. Have you changed any of the default settings on the Settings-Facegen screen in the start menu?

Go to the start screen, click on the Settings tab, then on Facegen. Does it look like the screenshot I've attached?

OK, doesn't look like anything that'd cause a problem, and the pictures seem to be generating alright. We'll do some more checking and see if there's something we missed that could be causing the pre-game report to do that.
