Minor Question

In play-by-play mode when selecting "Steal Base" should the runner not get a good jump the game diverts into pitch-by-pitch mode by default, and the use gets to decide again in the same at bat as whether to steal or not.

Is there any way to make this the same for "Hit and Run" and "Run and Hit", I always find it annoying that once I hit one of these options I will see the count at 0-2 and think to myself that I would absolutely take off the hit and run in this type of count.

Maybe the solution is I just have to play the game in pitch-by-pitch mode in these situations, but I think this would be an easy fix?
