IStillDream Minors (Double A) Join Date: Jan 2013 Posts: 167	Staff Management for Catchers It's possible that this is something that happens under the hood, but if not it might be an interesting thing to include, at least as an option. You hear all the time about catcher's ability to work with pitchers, build relationships, scout hitters, etc. as a valuable quality, separate from things like framing and other direct aspect of catcher defense. Since the game already has a personnel system in which pitching coaches have a modest impact on the game, what about a similar (perhaps smaller) effect for catchers?
