Scouting in Historical

I want to scout all of the Draft Eligible players in Historical. How can i do that? Because i dont want to scout them individually.

Have you scouts set to scan the Free Agency ranks as that is where the players populate in. You don't need a lot of scouts in Historical, but that's where they should be targeted.
