These have probably been mentioned elsewhere, but I figured I'd throw my $.02 in.

I'd like a greater ability to customize minor league options.

For instance.

1. Ability to set doubleheader game lengths to 7 innings

2. Set DH options based on team affiliations (NL affiliates playing each other not using DH in AA and AAA)

3. Ability to restrict draft eligible nationalities from playing in the Dominican League

I love the option to set service time limits per league, but have had issues with rehabbing players. In that vein I'd like to see.....

1. Rehabbing players not counted against roster limits for minor league teams.

2. Exemption from service time limits for rehabbing players.

3. The ability to set a given number of exemptions to the overall service time limits....for example class A Leagues allow for 2 players on the roster to have more than 5 years experience.
