Stat keeping: Pitchers career record vs different teams in the league

I know this stat is kept during the season, but I'd like to see one for a pitcher's entire career.

So, in my league, I would love to know how well one of the pitcher on my staff does against the teams in my league through out his career.

For example, I always took delight in knowing that Roger Clemens had something like a 21-10 career record against the Cleveland Indians. One of the few teams he had a career losing record against was the Oakland A's

BTW, another stat that would be cool is the career record of a pitcher after his team lost the previous game.
