Hey all I am looking to buy. I don't necessarily enjoy managing my team personally. I was wondering if this game had the option of letting the cpu play the seasons and make all the decisions for you?.

Yup. You can set the level of control on your team to just the AI in 8 categories of team management. It is under Manager Options/Team Control Settings. You can remain as just a commissioner in your league and not have any association with any team and do it that way too.
