staff filter

When searching for staff, I see that the filter is greyed out. Is there a reason for this? Would like to be able to narrow down by type of job (i.e. scout) rather than have to look through a bunch of "Team Owners". Also, you can't sort by "misc skills" and there is no way to filter by minimum attributes/ratings like there is with players. This needs some work.

Hasn't been a lot of demand for it, I'm guessing since the staff pool is so much smaller than the players, but we'll try to get it in at some point.
