HOF Question for either OOTP16 or 17

I've been playing fictional baseball simulations since my friend bought his Atari 800XL computer in the 1980s. So, having a sort of "Oldtimers Committee" in our current OOTP league, we are looking to manually add fictional players from those early leagues to our OOTP HOF. Creating a player and manually electing him isn't a problem. The issue I am curious about is whether it is possible to customize the HOF plaque text. It would be nice if we could actually type a few key things about those players that OOTP knows nothing about. So... is customizing HOF plaque text possible?

Also, is it possible to change the photo on the HOF plaque once there is already one on there? I changed faces for a player on that players profile editor, but it did not automatically change the face on his HOF plaque.

Re: your second point - I have had success, after getting the player Facegen the way I wanted it, deleting the existing Hall of Fame plaque from the news/html/images/hof folder in the saved game folder. The next time you go to the Hall of Fame page, the game will recognize a missing plaque for the player and re-generate it using the new Facegen.
