Pace of game text

I know there is a window where the text describes the game action and I wondered if it had several speeds like OOTP baseball does. A period in hockey usually goes about an hour, give or take a few minutes. Is there a setting where the text and pace runs at the same speed?

Ok, after seeing some of the videos on YouTube, I will ask this way...what are the speed settings of an actual game?

There are speed settings in the in-game display that allow you to set the speed of the game at 5 different levels, or you can also hit a button to sim to the end of the period, which will move it at a speed even faster than the highest text pbp setting (but it'll move so fast that following the play is mostly unreadable.)
