In my "Eugene Church Collection" on http://www.ootplinks.com/nuke/index.php, one of the other fine designers involved in that project used a similar background design...it wasn't a brick wall...he just put horizontal lines on a blue background. I think it was for the "Sacramento Stingers". The background color was not solid, as most backgrounds are, but visible lines were in it. It was very nice variation and excellent effect, like your wall.
