Need faces for GMs, managers

I just got '17 and I found that the managers and GMs all have fictional faces. Can I get some help on how to get the real ones? I figured they might be in the 2016 AIO mod, but I am having trouble downloading it. Is that where they are?

You could probably fill a lot of them from the Historical FaceGen Image Pack, which should cover pretty much anybody who had any on-field history (so, pretty much every manager).

All but 12 managers are included in the Managers folder of the Facepack. You can find images of 2016 managers Andy Green & Scott Servais here and Brian Snitker here, leaving only these nine managers without photos.
