create player as season is in progress

can you create player as a season is in progress also i can never find where is the create player button

Go to your league dropdown menu, which is approximately on top, near then middle of the screen, then select Player Info > List All [League Abbreviation] Players. Then, once the list populates, above the list on the right-hand side an Available Actions dropdown. You'll see Create Fictional Player, among other choices.

I've never actually done it, but it's giving me the option on Sept 28th, before the season has ended. So I'd guess it will work fine, regardless of where you are in your season.
