Past bugs fixed now?

I have OOTP 16 and am about to pull the trigger on taking advantage of this sale for '17, but I have one question. When I purchase '17, will it come with all of the bugs fixed that I have seen in the past months? I don't know how this all works, so I was unsure if it will have the "repairs" I have been seeing thru the months.

Yes, it will.

Just to make absolutely certain you get the latest fixes though, rather than installing from the link you'll get, just install from the file in the latest patch thread here, that'll give you the full game patched up till today.
