...Do you ever check the box for any of the other leagues besides MLB? If so, why? How does it change the game?

I usually add most of the other leagues. it makes the file bigger and sims slower but it can open up the world. ind league players. foreign players. all the good stuff

Is posting active if you add the foreign leagues? Can they be added after starting the new game?

You can turn posting on/off in any league whenever you want
