Team shown for world news item

I got an injury report to a player in an international competition. It all looks fine except that it shows the NY Islanders as the team associated with the news item - not team Poland. This player has no affiliation with the Islanders. I also looked at the other injury report to a Polish player two days earlier and it also shows the NY Islanders as the team associated with the news item.

This seems to be a problem with all international injury reports. An injury report for Sidney Crosby at the World Championships showed the Montreal Canadiens logo.
