Online League File Issues

A few of my owners have been experiencing issues with loading online league files and exporting. The errors loading the file seem to be on the MAC side...it will download 20%, freeze, and then say "cannot load file".

The exporting issue just popped up seemingly today after a sim. Owners are getting the 202 error code when exporting. I have never had this amount of issues with an online file before but this has been occurring WAY too much. All my owners have the correct accountsgm file but this issue is still popping up. Here is a copy of my game setup and everything tests just fine:

Am I missing anything as a commissioner? when they are setting up the file for the first time, are there any other files needed in the settings folder other than the GM file?

Thanks for the help, this has been extremely frustrating.

Only other thing I notice is the file in my settings says SBU but the upload is lowercase...sbu.tar.gz......I also use GoDaddy as my webhost.
