Too many players on active roster.

I started a game as an free agent gm. I signed on with the prince george cougars and simmed to the first game, now when I try to play the game it says that I have too many players on my active roster, but as you can see on the attached screenshot i am below the maximum roster size.

Please check the number of contracted players. If you have more than 30 you have to release some of yout players. If the number of contracted players is correct, please upload your save and we will look into it.
