Making your OOTP time more interesting?

I have a new franchise started where I became the new GM, hired an assistant GM and am watching the playoffs while I try and rebuild a team. I was wondering what you all do to make your game more fun and interesting off your computer screen. Do you wear your team's (your franchise team in OOTP) gear like the players and coaches do in real life? Do you decorate around your computer area with team stuff? What kind of atmosphere do you surround yourself with? What do you do to bring your team and the game outside of the computer screen?

Do you only play as GM or do you do GM/Manager?

Just GM. Dont have time to manage games.
