Over Roster Limit Question

Hey all,

I am in an online league, and am wondering simply, what happens if I am over the roster limit with one of my minor league teams.

The commissioner will usually automate your minor leagues if the sim has to stop.

That's a big "if", because sometimes the sim doesn't stop when it's supposed to.
