Minor League Rosters Corrupted in Online League

Me and a friend have an online league and are having problems with minor league rosters becoming corrupted after a sim. I (the commissioner) am not having these issues and can't see them which makes it even stranger.

There are certain times when he downloads the new league file that the game will download it perfectly fine but his minor league rosters are missing certain players whom are replaced with players not in his organization. When he clicks on those players it takes him to another completely different players profile page who is usually in an independent league or low level minor league.

The only cure we have found for this is for me to zip a new file and email it to him. This is annoying because we only sim two days at a time which adds a lot of extra work. If I don't email him my file then his system becomes corrupted again once he downloads the new file from within the game.

Does anyone have any recommendations for fixing this?

I've attached a link to the video showing what exactly happens upon downloading the new league file that the OP was talking about.

If anybody could help to point us in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, we both checked that and we are both up to date. We thought it was something as simple as this at first, too.

only mentioned because i thought i recently read something about dB corruption occurring due to that.
