Wrong team home screen keeps coming up

I'm running an historical league. After 4 years of managing Cleveland, I quit that job and took over as manager/GM in St. Louis. But whenever I start the game, the Cleveland Home Screen is the first page that comes up, even though Cleveland has a new manager/GM. This doesn't seem to affect gameplay, but is there a way to have my own team's Home Screen come up?

Deselect it as your opening screen. Or select something else!
