Link player and coach pages for personnel who are/were both

Self explanatory. Similar to how Eastside hockey manager used to handle it where if a retired player became a coach they'd keep their late career player attributes and career statistics, and also "grow" coaching attributes. Coaching record would also import through the player profile.

Main reasons for this being - 1 profile to update so it would simplify issues with faces when editing a coach face that the original player would also have the correct face. And being able to access's the coach's playing statistics easily from one screen instead of linking to another (completely independently editable) profile. Would also improve the HOF as someone in the HOF as a manager would have their playing AND managing stats visible...in fact this could even be a precursor to including HOF members' designated induction category into the page.

It could also fix the issue of real life MLB manager pages not being linked to their player pages, and players who are not currently managers in the game, but were in real life, who are made into managers by the "create coach from player" option not having their real life career W-L record automatically imported onto their manager page.
