Leadership quailities as with QBs

Will their be leadership quailities ????
My point is that when I watched Jake Rudock play his 2 pre-season games and saw his leadership shine. (Also as a member of the Michigan Wolverines as well) The players really responded to his leadership. Not saying the players he with are that great since he hasn't been used with top players YET. As he would be holding clipboard this year. But I do see how well the players he is around respond in a positive manner.

Hmm this would be very interesting. Perhaps a MLB or FS with good leadership can get the defense lined up better, or a veteran WR with good leadership and work ethic affect others at the same position positively. And if there are "storylines" like in OOTP, perhaps have something like a center doing offseason work with his fellow offensive lineman to build chemistry, like Weston Richburg and John Jerry this past offseason, or Jay Bromley working out with JPP.

I wonder if they could do something like they did in OOTP with "work ethic", "leadership", "greed", etc. I like as many off-the-field stories involving those attributes as well.

One of my favorite challenges to overcome in OOTP is to try to win a WS with a bunch of headcases. I'd definitely like to see this in BTS because team chemistry is so important in the NFL. I feel like it should also affect the draft. Talented players regularly fall due to off-field/personality issues. Maybe they can even create crazy storylines like Tunsil and Collins from the past 2 drafts. Or even some high profile holdouts from 2 sport stars like Bo Jackson, or Elway.

Character attributes will be in the game and they will have influence on a player's development and performance. We also plan to have some sort of locker room chemistry. For example, if you have pretty determined and professional players and then add a few trouble makers, then this should upset the locker room quite a bit which would then influence the effectiveness of practice which would influence how prepared your team is for an upcoming game and so on.
