Year-end pitcher shutdown

We hear so much this time of year of younger pitchers being shut down for the year when they hit maybe 160-170 IP.

I guess you could edit them and put them on the DL for a month or so, but maybe a year-end shutdown could be worked in somehow.

Use the bench player feature.
