Help with player pictures

I noticed since the last update some of my player pictures are not showing up when i play a game. There there when you are in team section or editing players, just not when you are playing a game. I have brought this league through each OOTP version since OOTP 10. Some of the players in my minor league teams i don't have their picture in the photos file but they show up still.

How do i get the player pictures to show up in game play that are in the photo file? I don't want to lose the ones that aren't in the photo file that do show up. Also i've updated some player photo's in my photo file and they show up in player screens but the old pictures show up in game play. how i do fix this?

I had this problem temporarily after one patch install (not the latest 2, further back sometime), and selecting the "auto-reload picture" option under picture options in the editor fixed the issue every time.
