Download a league file to my computer

Having trouble opening a file I downloaded to OOTP 17.

We are doing allsimbaseball

and we have a site and a file root. Where the file is zipped. My friend can't download the file to his OOTP and open it. It sits as the Zip File Folder, but we can't find a way to actually open the game file.

any help?
