Force Start in Rookie League not working?
I tend to go through player strategy and force start my top prospects at their respective positions, but leave my manager at that level in charge of setting lineups otherwise... I've noticed that my manager is not listening to my "force start" and insists on leaving my 1st round pick from last season in the bullpen in some rarely used long relief role.
He also is sitting my 2nd round pick(s) this year in favor of some guy whos rated as a "20" by my scout and OSA. Can a Rookie manager really have that much control over the lineup (with legacy mode turned on?) and why wouldn't my force start override it. After a little playing around with it, it appears he will allow me to force start position players but pitchers are a whole different story. He'll throw a guy with 30 stamina in the rotation but not my 80 stamina LH throwing 1st round pick! |

Check your pitching rotation, it's likely that the game isn't using a full 5-man rotation for some reason. I posted this as a bug in the bug report and no one ever got back to me.

Did you actually automate your rookie-ball rotation? If legacy mode is on, you still need to "ask manager" to get force starts active.
