AI sign/fire personnel..Thoughts
Thinking about having my GM do this. Does the AI do a decent job at it?
Or am I better off doing it myself. Problem is it's such a pain in the ass. |

This is still, by far, worth the time and effort saved by going down the entire list of potential staff only to find out they are not interested for the level you need them for. Last edited by wsenkow; 08-10-2016 at 11:48 PM. |

I like the idea of hiring my own....but I am going to suggest in v18 we make some more staff changes, building on what was implemented in 17. One of the suggestions I plan on bringing my up, is a way to filter your search for staff based on interest. So if you are looking for a pitching coach to fill a vacancy with you A- team, you can automatically see which coaches would be interested, and go from there. This will make it much easier to do this process on your own. |

A number of filters that would be welcome at the ancillary coaching level, like seeking pitching coaches that favor prospects, etc.. Works, IIRC, well for managers, but the coaches filter is non-functional. In addition, although I hear it's not possible- or it is a pain to do -the scroll-through arrows should be made available for the screens, and not flipping back and forth to click on names for profile viewing.
