"Waiver Trade Completed" news bug?

I made a simple waiver trade right before the trade deadline and received a confirmation message in my managers mailbox on 8/24/38. Unfortunately, I have received the same message everyday since then (up to nine so far). I even unchecked the trades and transactions box, but still no go. How do I shut off these messages or is there a way I can disable it?
