Can I slider some frequencies?

Like, I feel there too much hits, few strikeouts when played on 3d mode, also AI on 3d mode is not that good, any way to fix it.

Also, no way to tell a batter to just power or contact, right? like when you have somene in third, no outs, and you just need a fly out to score so you tell the batter to just power it out.

Well, you could change the league modifiers but I myself never touch them. The AI for strikeouts, hits etc. should be the same for whatever mode your playing (3-D, broadcast, web mode or whatever). It's been reported that the AI determines the play first and then shows the results on the mode your using so the result will be the same.
You are correct that you can't tell the hitter to hit for contact (well you could tell them to bunt) and you can't tell them to hit for power or to pull the ball or hit behind the runner etc..
You do have a little more control of the pitcher-walk, pitch to contact, etc.. But you can't tell them to throw a inside slider, etc.. Maybe someday it will get that detailed.
