2016 Quickstart with Expansion Teams

Long time OOTP'er here but usually only play solo sims with normal MLB settings. I would like to try running an expansion team though. Is there a quickstart available with 2016 rosters with two expansion teams that someone has created?

It would be great if there was logo's/uniforms and all that jazz created for the expansions teams as well but not a necessity.

I don't know if one is created but you could always make a current league with the rosters and then release all players and rework the divisions to include two new teams. Just a thought.

What you would do is just expand League and don't release all guys then nobody would be available for Draft because theirs got to be one person on a Rosters for it to happen.
