Dominant relief seasons

This is my closer in my fictional league, and I think this is the single best season I've ever had in a reliever. I've played many saves over the years but I don't think anyone can top his 12 K/9 and his ridiculous .79 ERA. He only let up 6 runs all year, and had one blown save. I think other than maybe Dennis Eckersley in 1990, this might be one of the better seasons ever for a closer. I'd love to see screenshots of some other peoples best relievers.

With that BABIP I think it's unlikely that he ever does it again, but thats alright.

Got this guy in my online league who's been killing it the first 2 seasons. He will probably eventually end up being the closer with the most saves in the league when his career ends. But for now, he's 2nd in the league after 2 seasons, 18 saves behind a guy who is 5 years older than him. Incredible numbers if you ask me, specially his K's. This is from a league with full fantasy players that were created by the game in a pitcher dominant league.

Have you seen Fernando Rodney's 2012 season? 0.60 ERA 9.2 K/9 1.8 BB/9 0.2 HR/9 641 ERA+

That BABIP number is impressive because he's a groundball pitcher.

It's a glitch...he should only have 2. We do the voting in StatsLab, but both seasons I forgot to stop the sim before the day that the votes stopped in the game.

I definitely need to change those options in the game

I was looking at historical seasons mostly, but yes that's probably better lol. I'll happily just say my closer had probably a top 10 season.

He is having a pretty solid follow up season even with a much higher BABIP. 2.2 ERA is a huge jump but still a pretty dominant number.
