Just Purchased Steam version. Can't get game centered on my laptop.

After installing OOTP 17 I tried changing the resolution and now every time the game loads I get this. I can't proceed any further. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling twice. How do I completely Uninstall the game??

Nevermind. I'm running Windows 10 and deleted the remaining OOTP file in the app/roaming data folder. I reinstalled the game and it's fine now. The problem was I tried changing to an oddball resolution ( I have a 4K laptop).
