Translating something on trade screen

I am looking at the part of the trading screen referred to in the manual as "Positional Strength Overview report" (PSOR).

(i.e. "P" and "S" at top of chart and then color-coded bubbles underneath.)

Like my previous problem, the manual for OOTP16 doesn't represent the correct version.

I looked at the OOTP17 manual and it shows the correct format but when you click on the hyperlink for the PSOR says "page not found".

Does anybody know what the P & S stand for and what each color represents?
