I can't get coaches grades

When looking to upgrade/hire managers and HC/PC, I can't get the ratings that show in the manual. I only get 'reputation, yrs of service, etc'.

Is there a setting I need to change to be able to see ratings (i.e. 'teaching hitting', 'teaching pitching' etc)?

What apparently happened was:

1. OOTPD announced a "Completely Redesigned Manager and Coaches System" for OOTPB 16. See the portion of the new version announcement newsletter that I reproduced below.
2. However, OOTPD never got around to updating that page in the OOTPB 16 manual. On there, they are still talking about how the coach's profile page looked in OOTPB 15.
3. So, if you are still playing OOTPB 16 and want to read about how the Manager and Coaches System works in your game, you would be better off reading about in the OOTPB 17 manual.
