How Do you Reclassify a Minor League Team?

For example if I have two Rookie League teams and want to reclassify one into a SA team, how do I do that?

Are there any watch-outs when doing it, like messing up league balance or scheduling?

Classification comes from the league, not the team, so you'd have to re-classify the entire league (from the league options menu) or move the team from a rookie league to a Short Season-A league.

The first option doesn't cause any other problems. The second option will require schedule re-builds for both the old and new leagues. You'll also probably need to move another team as well for balance purposes.
