drafted players DFA'd

Running OOTP 17.8.54, Steam version, on OS X.

After my most recent draft, most (but not all) of the drafted players are placed on the DFA list instead of sent to the minors. Sending them to the minors adds them to both the 40-man and active (MLB) rosters and gives them a major-league salary. This reproduces 100% in 3 attempts, but had never happened in any of the previous drafts in this league (though this may have been the first draft I did running this particular build).

Uploaded save files kprevas-before-draft.zip and kprevas-after-draft.zip. Any workaround you can think of would be appreciated.

Unfortunately the new update doesn't seem to have fixed this; all the players in the draft pool are on a major league contract (albeit one signed in the year 0). Is there at least a way to bulk-edit these players rather than going through one by one and fixing their contract status?
