GTAltman Major Leagues Join Date: Oct 2012 Location: South Carolina Posts: 347	Playoffs, Choice between 7 Days and .vs SP Genesis behind this is that you can choose your 7 Day Lineup and that's great. So instead of 7 Day lineups in the playoffs, you could choose 7 lineups vs any particular SP. However, if your opponent switches starting pitchers, particularly on handedness, your lineup would switch - but maybe not what you would have wanted. You might have a lineup for a SP that has speedsters up at the top of the order if he doesn't hold runners well. You might have another setup for a SP without significant movement (i.e. sluggers galore). Kinda keeps "Gamesmenship" at bay.
