A little change to Associations

I've read up on all the old posts about associations and they haven't been touched in a while so not asking for the moon but just two small things.

1. Have the association winner championship ring icon show up on the player pages. Right now only their league championship ring shows up not if they win it all in an association league.

2. change the games to mimick the playoff series pages so we can have mvp winners and see the box scores instead of having to go to the team's schedule page to look up the game. Related to that have the association mvp award icon show up on the player pages too.

I second this! Would be great to have a History Index on it and have it treated as a "league" we're you can find all the stats etc for the Association games.

Would love for this to happen but there's just not enough interest in associations for a change to be made. There are higher priorities.
