Eliminate preseason, inter-divisional play

I can't find this ... is there any way to NOT have preseason games? I'm setting up a "winter league" and there shouldn't be a month of preseason prior to a 40 game schedule!

Also is there any way to keep the scheduler from setting up inter-divisional games? I only want games between divisions in the playoffs.

Sorry if this is all out there somewhere, but I'm new and can't find it.

under league settings > options> (on the right side of the screen) you can turn off spring training or set it to a specific time period.
on the same screen you can check to disable or enable interleague play. These screens only appear in the off and pre-season.

i suspect if you change the inter-league settings, you will need to edit the league schedule if you are playing in an era that had inter-league play. that is also on the same screen, at the top.

Many thanks, the spring training tip worked perfectly.

I structured 2 divisions in 1 league. I guess I'll have to make this into 2 subleagues of 1 division each to get the scheduling I want and have no cross-league games instead of no cross-division games). Not a problem, it's the same result.
