Request: Defensive subs mentioned in the PBP

The asterisks for new pitchers was a nice addition to the game.

There's no reason the asterisks can't be applied to PH/PR/defensive subs as well.

I agree with the OP, tho... it would add a ton of broadcast feel to the game to mention the new fielder coming in to replace the old fielder in the PBP.
